Neighbors Home Care offers, substantial annual holiday bonuses, Aide Appreciation Week monetary bonuses, sick/personal days, vacation pay, life insurance, and participatory health insurance that enable paraprofessional employees to look at their job with more permanency.  Our Lifesaver, Excellence, and Top Performer Awards give first line supervisors the ability to reward extra efforts by paraprofessionals with written acknowledgement of their efforts along with a certificate and cash.  During 2006 and 2007, Neighbors Home Care initiated another innovative approach to retention with a Rewards Program.  A Rewards Program points system allowed employees to select from a catalog of gifts (such as American Express Gift Cards, iPod, or Movie Tickets).
